Agedashi Tofu
- lightly breaded tofu deep fried and served in a Japanese broth with green onions and hondashi.

Gyoza - Ground pork, vegetables, and spices wrapped in a gyoza skin and served with traditional Japanese sauce and Thai sweet chili sauce.

Yakiniku - Skewered beef and green onions, grilled and marinated in traditional teriyaki sauce.

Yakitori - Skewered chicken and green onions, grilled & marinated in traditional teriyaki sauce.

Yakiebi - Skewered tail on shrimp with green onions, grilled and marinated in traditional teriyaki sauce.

Yakisake - Skewered salmon with green onions, grilled and marinated in traditional teriyaki sauce.

Yakibutaniku - Skewered porkloin and green onions, grilled and marinated in traditional teriyaki sauce.

Entree

 

Teriyaki - Your choice of beef, chicken, or salmon with teriyaki sauce, green onions and sesame seeds served with Japanese pearl rice and tempura vegetables.
Chicken - Steak  - Salmon

Oyako Donburi - Breaded chicken breast simmered with peppers, mushrooms, and onions in a sweet-savory broth topped with egg. Served with rice and your choice of soup or salad.

Tonkatsu - Panko breaded pork loin topped with Japanese favorite "Bull-Dog" sauce served next to a bed of rice and comes with your choice of soup or salad.

Gyudon - Thinly sliced rib-eye sauteed with onions and a special sweet gyudon sauce.

Shiosaba - salt crusted mackerel served with tempura vegetables and rice.

Sukiyaki - Nappa cabbage, onions, tofu, soy noodles, button mushrooms, shiitake, and your choice of beef, chicken, or vegetarian.

Nabeyaki udon - Japanese udon noodles boiled in a traditional broth with spinach, fish cake, green onions, and your choice of Chinese pork or tenpura shrimp.

Yakisoba - Japanese style noodle stir fry with vegetables and your choice of chicken, shrimp, spicy pork, tofu, or Chinese pork. Includes your choice of soup or salad.

Katsudon - Breaded pork cutlet sauteed with onions and mushrooms and a light sweet sauce with scrambled egg to bring it all together. Served over rice in a bowl.

Shrimp Tempura - 5 large shrimp lightly tempura battered. Served with tempura vegetables and steamed rice. Includes choice of soup or salad.
